One of the biggest challenges with drip cakes is stacking your cakes to achieve the desired height – something I’ll be teaching at my Happy Drip Cake Class later this month. This towering creation is certainly an eye-catcher and just check out those doughnuts! Yummy!
Of course, drip cakes don’t have to be tall, sometimes a small, simple but perfectly formed drip cake does the job just as well. I baked up this little beauty to celebrate finishing my new kitchen and topped with a balloon filled with edible confetti!
